3.1 Description Accuracy

We strive to present our Chaises longues, Chests of drawers, Desks, Dining tables, and Dressing tables with photographic and descriptive accuracy. However, slight variations in wood grain, colour, and vintage finishes may occur, particularly in our one-of-a-kind pieces.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to market conditions, though this won’t affect confirmed orders.

4. Ordering Process

4.1 Order Acceptance

Your order represents an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs when we email your order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Processing Time

Each piece is carefully prepared in our Southampton workshop within 1-2 business days of order confirmation.

5.2 Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

We currently cannot ship to Asia and certain remote regions. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

5.3 Receipt of Goods

Please inspect items immediately upon delivery. Report any damage within 48 hours to [email protected] with photos and your order details.

6. Returns & Exchanges

6.1 Return Window

You may return most items within 15 days of delivery. Final Sale vintage pieces (marked as such) cannot be returned.

6.2 Return Conditions

To qualify:

  • Items must be in original condition
  • All original packaging and documentation present
  • No signs of assembly, wear, or alteration
