Shipping Information
We handle each order with the precision of Danish modern craftsmanship:
- Order Processing: 1-2 business days
- Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch) – £12.95
- Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over £50 (15-25 business days after dispatch)
Please note we currently cannot ship to Asia and certain remote regions. Our Southampton workshop team carefully prepares each piece for its journey to your home.
Returns & Exchanges
Should your purchase not resonate with your space as profoundly as our vintage pieces speak to design history, we offer a 15-day window from delivery date for returns or exchanges.
Our Return Process
- Initiate Request: Contact our design team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery
- Provide Details: Include your order number, item details, and reason for return
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Prepare Package: Repackage items with original materials, protecting them as carefully as we do in our workshop
- Ship Return: Send via tracked courier (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility)
Exchange Process
For exchanges, follow the same initial steps as returns. Our team will guide you through selecting an alternative piece with the same attention we give to matching wood grains.
Important Note on Vintage Items: Certain one-of-a-kind vintage pieces marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned due to their unique nature. This includes select items from our Chaises longues and Dressing tables collections featuring original period finishes.
Condition Requirements
To qualify for return/exchange, items must be in original condition – as meticulously preserved as our mid-century showroom pieces:
- All original packaging and documentation present
- No signs of assembly, wear, or alteration
- French provincial finishes completely undisturbed
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):
- Refunds process within 3-5 business days to your original payment method
- For PayPal payments: Refunds appear in 1-3 business days
- Exchange items ship once the return is received, with the same white-glove service as your original order
Original shipping fees are non-refundable for international returns.
International Returns

- Customs documentation must accompany returns
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
